You are probably here because traffic from my Tor relay has passed through your server.
I do not control or make the traffic that exits my Tor relay, and I can't identify individual Tor users.

If you received suspicious activity from my Tor relay, you are free to block it from your website. 

Before contacting me, please keep this in mind.
  - I do not have logs connecting any activity to anybody.
  - I can't block or trace any specific people using my Tor relay.
  - Running this is legal and I don't plan to shut it down anytime soon.
